What is your return policy?
The products must be returned unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. Return shipments must be sufficiently stamped. Returns must be accompanied by a completed returns form, including your name, order number, and reason for return. Customized products, special orders and products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
Do you offer free shipping?
